I recently upgraded to a new computer. I'm trying to install Photoshop and Lightroom. I get a message to contact my network or computer administrator.
Please advise.

It sounds like the account you are installing from is not an administrator account. Is this a personal company? Work/company computers? If it is a work/company computer, your profile simply does not have admin privileges and you will need to contact IT for them to either give you those privileges or for someone to come help you!
