installing photoshop cc

I'm stuck with photoshop on my app window saying my photoshop is uptodate but i haven't even't installed.. i tried many things to unlog, to reinstall cloud app, restar my mac and nothing works.

how can i correct this.?

i run ouf of disk space and when i deleted stuff i had to reboot my mac and then i see it says photoshop is up to date.
