Installing Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere Elements 11 on Windows 10

I have an original, registered, on disc version of Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere Elements 11, previously used on another laptop and I want to install the software on a replacement laptop running Windows 10. Are there any known issues and would it be more effective to download vs install from disc. thanks.

    -or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)

    if you have any problem installing from your disc drive, copy the disc contents to a desktop directory and install from that directory.

    knowing you can use compatibility mode to install might be useful.
