Installing Premier Elements 13 without internet access

Is it possible to install this offline? I have the setup files downloaded, but when I try to run the installer it prompts me to sigh in with an Adobe i.d. which I obviously can't do. Does anyone know of a workaround for this? Thanks.

Hi Sarabh,

Those instructions are for Acrobat, not Premier Elements 13. The issue isn't with activation at this point anyway. It's that I'm being asked to sign in with an Adobe ID before the installation will start. It's not possible, because the PC is not on the internet.
