Installing Presenter using the CCP launcher

I cannot install Presenter. I used the creative cloud package builder to build my package. I do not have a problem downloading the package but when it runs, I do  not get an error, it just never installs.

In addition, I do look at the PDApp file. This fatal error in the installatin is 'media failed'. Well, this is a package created by the packager. I have downloaded the package several times to no avail.

I have Win7 64 bit, Office 2013 32 bit, and Presenter 32 bit.

I have even gone so far as to reinstall the OS on the computer. So, the above scenario is what I ahve right now, but I haver tried Win7 32 bit, Win 8,a nd then Office and Presenter in both 32 bit and 64 bit variations.
