Installing problem

Hello! I downloaded Creative Cloud on my computer win 7, IE 11, and can only find it by clicking on the start button and putting download in search, but when I right click on it, it goes to the language page, but the English or E is not clickable. Nothing happens when it is clicked.

And I haven't been able to get an answer to that in the faqs!

I would be most grateful of any help please!
