installing problem

Hello...

I have an installing problem where my installation allways stops at 7% and i dont know why.

I tried to check my storage and i have plenty but i can't install it (pr was no problem).

What should i check and how do i go forward with installing it? Please help me because i am not wery good at computers and tecnology so i have no idea what to do...

    Hi. Without knowing your operating system, or whether you've had previous versions of Photoshop installed, it's hard to provide a specific answer. However some standard steps would be to ensure you've restarted your computer prior to the installation, then try the installation again. If that's not working, please take a look at Adobe's instructions at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
    The Creative Cloud Cleaner tool will remove any bits of previous installations from your system and should enable an installation to continue.
