Installing stuck at 1%

I have downloaded Photoshop CS6 twice today. The download completes and the file extracts. But when it begins INSTALLING, it never advances past 1%. I finally just close it out. I have installed Illustrator and it works fine from Creative Cloud.

Any help out there?
