I am running my Mac from a personal hotspot on my phone. Trying to download Creative Cloud monthly subscription. After 1/2 hour, it is only 4.6% downloaded. This is going to be VERY expesive (due to my phone plan). Is there a way to get it on a disc?

You might want to find a comfortable place to download it. Depending on the number of apps, it could take hours.

No, I'd recommend taking the Mac to somewhere with free wifi. You will download tens of gigabytes of data, more than most plans allow in a year.
