Intallation of xd on Fujitsu i7 11generation does not work, ARM processor error on i7 #337476

I cannot install the xd module in the creative cloud on my intel laptop.

I have an i7-11gen but it says ARM processor not supported.

Very strange...   11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1185G7 @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz

Any ideas or workarounds?

      Many thanks my laptop meets the specs, i7 32GB RAM windows 11 latest version etc. ssd 512GB etc... what is making the trouble here? any ideas or suggestions?
