Invalid response code when trying to offline activate Premiere Elements 12

Hi,

I have successfully offline activated Photoshop Elements 12 but when I try and do the same for Premiere Elements 12 I always receive the error message 'Response code is invalid. please re-enter'.  Had 3 online support chats with promise of escalation but not had any response so far. Anybody got any suggestions as to why this worked for Photoshop but not Premiere and how I can get it offline activated? Business network prohibits me and the 9 other colleagues who have licences from activating online.

Windows XP

I've tried renaming the SLCache folder as suggested in an earlier post but still not working.

This sounds like a matter that only Adobe can resolve with its Offline Activation.

I do not know if it is possible in your situation, but can you download and install the Adobe Application Manager?

You could also seek help from another arm of Adobe...Refer to Jeffrey Tranberry (Adobe) at Elements: Not able to get response code for offline activation

Premiere Elements requires that you run the program as administrator. Are your computer permissions in order or is that the major issue - you cannot get them? Have you consulted with your IT people or are you the IT person?

Please check out photoshop.com for further Adobe ideas to your Offline Activation issue.

This is the exact same issue I have.  I had successfully installed Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements on a secure comupter with no outside internet access by using the Offline Activation process.  After a hard disk failure, I installed both programs again and again attempted the Offline Activation process.   It worked perfectly with Photoshop Elements and responds with an error of Invalid Code for Premiere Elements.   My attempts to resolve it with online chat were unhelpful and would only refer me to these forums for assistance.  Any ideas on how I can get help with this?
