I bought a Leica camera which comes with a licence for Lightroom 5.
I have a trial version of Lightroom on my mac and when I try to input the serial number I was given by Leica it says it is invalid and to contact customer support. When I try to do the latter it just directs me to these forums..
Make sure you have the correct version of Lightroom installed.
