Invalid Serial number

Hi so I'm trying to install Adobe creative suite design and web Premium onto my new computer.

My Serial number is listed in my account under registered products but when I enter it tells me its invalid.

Any thoughts as to why this may be?

Is your computer the same type of operating system as the one for which the license was purchased (Windows vs. Mac)?  Are you sure you are trying to install the same version as that for which the license was purchased?  Are you trying to install old software on a machine with one of the newest operating systems - older software might not be compatible.

Yeah I'm running Windows 10 on both my computers and I've triple checked that I downloaded the right suite. (I'm downloading it again just in case the files were corrupted).
