Hi,

 

How I can re-activate our two keys for Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite 6 Design ?

When we want to install product on two machines it states that keys are invalidated keys.

How we can re-activate our pernament keys?

The version of Acrobat that shipped with CS6 (ver XI) won't work.

The subsequent version, DC, came out in 2015.

Same situation here... I still have my original license + invoice from Adobe for CS6 Design Standard, and suddenly the keys are no longer working. Tried the offline activation method but got stuck at the request code step (no option to generate one). Not sure if they’re phasing out activation support entirely, even for perpetual licenses?

Would be good to know if anyone has actually managed to get a response from Adobe recently on this…

Thanks @kglad, yes, apparently the serial had been invalidated (still unclear why, as it was a legit purchase directly from Adobe years ago).

But I’ve finally managed to resolve the issue by contacting Adobe support directly via chat. It took a while, but they were able to verify my license and reactivate it manually. So if anyone else is in the same situation, I’d really recommend trying that route,  just be prepared to wait a bit and insist firmly on the fact that it’s a perpetual license. Thanks again for the help.

from where did you purchase and did you purchase an volume/enterprise version?

@kglad  Its bought from Adobe, I have Software License Certificate with all details.

you'll need an adobe employee to tell you the next step (or search for older older posts about this where this is explained).

Witam, mam ten sam problem choć klucz jest przypisany do mojego konta adobeID. W sumie mam trzy klucze CS6 . Przy jednym komunikat, że został unieważniony, przy 2 pozostałych info, że nie mam połączenia z internetem co jest bzdurą. Proszę o pomoc.

having no internet connection is not an issue (and can be caused by serveral local security issues).  try offline activation:

 

adobe has provided for offline activation to users with this (and many other) problems:

 

disconnect the computer from the internet

Launch the product.

At the Serial Number Validation screen, click Having Trouble Connecting To The Internet.

Click Offline Activation and click Generate a Response Code.

Write down the Request Code.

Switch to an online computer and navigate to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated.

Click Offline Activation.

Sign in with your Adobe ID.

Enter your Request code and click Generate.

Write down the Response code.

Switch back to the offline computer.

Enter the Response Code and click Activate.
