Invoices have disappeared from online account

normally I can access my invoices fine online but Adobe has changed the interface and now all my invoices have disappeared! Can anyone help?

I can log-in and see my order history.   My invoices go all the way back to 2013.

Have you tried using a different desktop browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blocker add-ons?

Hi Nancy, that is not the problem, Adobe has informed me it's because they are updating their website, they just can't tell me when or if all my orders and invoices will reappear

likewise! it's a nightmare - I have just been on live chat with customer service and that really didn't get me anywhere! they said that the website was being updated and that they woudl appear, in time.  When I queried how long that would be, they said they had 'no information on that.'  I wish customers were informed before changes like this happen

Really glad I saw this. Figured I was going crazy! You have saved my sanity. Hopefully someone from Adobe can enlighten us on this here...
