IPad upgrade input needed

Welp, never mind, then. I got a used iPad Pro 2nd generation 10.5" with 256GB storage. Thank goodness for ebay. Got a good deal on the Apple pen, too.

Hi guys. My old iPad 4 is not up to the task of using any of the CC mobile apps from the more recent releases (especially want to use Rush, LR, and Photoshop for Mobile - but more)

I know what I WANT to get, but my budget barely fits what I might be able to get away with. Amazon has a deal on "New Apple iPad (10.2-Inch, Wi-Fi, 128GB) Latest Model". It's discounted to $329.

I know I'd prefer a Pro with a 12.9 and 512GB, but I might as well want a Lambourghini. 

Do you guys think 10.2" is workable? How's about 128GB being usable without massive hassles of swapping files out?

Any input you guys have will be really helpful. Thanks.
