ippcvm7 error photoshop 22.2

I'm a new user on trial membership.

Installed Photoshop 22.2 and receive this ippcvm7 error.

I understand that I should install older version 21.x but that seems not available to install, only 22.x or 23.x

What to do now?

It's no longer available through the CC Desktop app, but if you follow these instructions then you can get Photoshop version 21.x:

Just be aware that because it's two versions back, it's no longer officially supported by Adobe.
