Is Adobe Bridge included in the same price / contract as Photoshop?

Many months ago I bought the monthly license to use photoshop CC 2015. I have finally installed it on my Mac, though I have had no luck installing it on my PC. Is Adobe Bridge included in that monthly license or does it cost more?

Bridge is included at no extra cost.

It's a separate download ion the Cloud desktop app.
