Is Adobe no longer supporting non-cloud versions of Photoshop?

I'm trying to load CS3 on my computer after a hard disc crash.  I did de-activate it on the old disc before replacing it, and my Adobe account shows the proper registration numbers, but I can't get it to load the disc.  I was successful in loading the earlier CS version, but when I try to activate it I get "The activation system is not available."  Any suggestions?

Hi Thetab81209028,

It could be that the installer file in the disc is not working hence i would recommend to digitally download the product and install it.

Please try re-downloading the Photoshop CS 3 from here : Download Adobe Creative Suite 3 products

I know that the activation server for CS2 has been turned off, but I have not read that the server for CS3 has been turned off
