Is anyone there at all?

I have been through an f'ing nightmare!  It took me 90 minutes just to BUY your product and now I can't download it and I can't find anyone to help.  The phones are down, chat is down, the forums are, of course, USELESS!  Is there anyone there?!  May I please have the product I bought?  Would someone please talk to me?!
