Is com.adobe.ARMDC.SMJobBlessHelper” legitimate or malware?

I got this pop-up on my mac ( no Adobe products are currently running) and need to know if I can trust this or not:

“com.adobe.ARMDC.SMJobBlessHelper” would like to access files on a removable volume.

Someone posted the same question in another forum, but the responses were just a series of speculation but no actual answer.

Can someone from Adobe answer if I can trust this, a simple yes or no?
