Is data saved when you change your subscription plan

I have a subscription that has expired, I renewed it but still having problems getting info to get it started.

In the meantime, I just bought a new external hard drive and I can get a free month of adobe. Is my data saved if I use the new options? For instance, in lightroom classic, I don't use cloud, will lightroom have my data?

your data is tied to your adobe id so as long as you use the same adobe id to resubscribe, your data should relink to your renewal subscription.
