Is indesign compatible with my Macbook air 13 primo 2015?

Hello there! 

I have just started on a art school, where we need to use the Adobe package. But for some reason, i'm not able to install most of the programms. Right now we need to work in Indesign and Photoshop, but i can't... 

So i was wondering if my Macbook Air is compatible with these programms. 

I have: 

MacBook Air (13'', primo 2015)

Processor 1,6 GHz Intel Core i5

4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

using OS X EI CAPTAIN
