Is it legal to download the old version of Premiere Pro for free?

Hey,

I've found several YouTube videos on how to download the old version of Premiere Pro (and similar things like Photoshop) for free, and they say it's legal.  I was wondering why it is, if it is.

    Not free... if you own CS2 Adobe has a special version you may install due to the activation server going offline

    Of course, CS2 is so old that it probably won't work on a modern computer

    It is legal to download and use Older version , but you can install them as trial alone as they are not available for purchase from Adobe. Also they are not at all compatible or recommended to install on latest version Windows or Mac operating systems.
