Is it not possible to change/upgrade a prepaid plan?

I want to upgrade from the 20gb prepaid Creative Cloud plan that I have (expiring in August) to one of the 1TB plans, but I don't have the Change/Upgrade Plan button referred to in the help documents, only Cancel Plan.

Is it not possible to change/upgrade without losing the remaining prepaid value?

Hi, Sandy - you should be able to. But, as we are all end users (like you), your best bet is going to be to contact Adobe Customer Support. ​They should be able to help Best of luck!

Yeah, chat is apparently closed and the support page directed me over here...

I might have to psych myself up for a customer service phone call, I guess.
