Is it possible to change the account?

Don't wanna think of how is always so difficutl to have a support by the adobe team. We spend a lot for these softwares but for having assistance is like going to ask for a miracle. Anyway I would love if any of you could help me. I made, by mystake, a wrong subscription...I wanted the whole adobe package while I got just the photoshop one.  Any of you know if I can change it instead of paying the double?
