Is it possible to download Lightroom 4 and Photoshop Elements 12?

My computer is in the shop after suffering catastrophic breakdown. Hard drive and video card. I want to reinstall Adobe Lightroom 4 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 12. I purchased both of these products. is it possible to download these?.
