Is it possible to download the Creative Suite CS4?

My MacBook's hard disk died and I had to buy another hard disk and install all the software. I am having problems installing the Creative Suite CS4 DVD. It seems it is damaged. Is there any way to download the Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard CS4?
