Is it possible to install CS6 without c++ ????

All c++   parts are installed on my computer, but the adobe setup doesn´t work :(. I need a script to circumvent the libraries. Please I need help!!!!!

    What exactly means "doesn't work"?

    Of course I installed the latest version of the package but it´s the same. Installation failed. I´ve also treid all the help positions from the adobe site....
