I'm trying to download Lightroom 5 but it's coming from other than Adobe's website. Is red.protexis.net safe?

I don't wish to purchase it again though. I need to download it and enter my serial # but when I follow the download steps on the software download card I purchased but it wants to come download_pagackage.exe
