Is the "Other Options" version available for a student licence?

I have a student licence at the moment, and I don't seem to have access to the "other versions" option for creative cloud. I just need to downgrade Adobe XD, since it broke with the previous update. You can see in the screenshot when selecting the After Effects dropdown, the only option I have are "Uninstall" and "Learn More".

Only paid Creative Cloud members have access to Old Versions.  And you must check the box for it in your Creative Cloud desktop settings.  See screenshot.
