Is there a download link still active for Upgrading LiveCycle ES4 to ES4 SP1?

I bought one of the last Livecycle ES4 licenses sold for ES4 this past November 2018. Version:

11.0.0.20130303.1.892433

I'm trying upgrade/update ES4 to ES4 Service Pack 1..... But I can't find a functional download link for the SP1 update file.

I am aware that LiveCycle has reached end of life, and that it is now called "Adobe Experience Manager" AEM....

Can anyone shed any light on the location of the SP1 download file for ES4?
