I have installed a version 7.0 from photo shop elements  where in the start I was able to change the country to DUTCH ,the licence agrement changed to Dutch and was hoping that the program was in DUTCH after installation ,This was not the cash .

Is there a download /update for this .

The language is tied to the serial number.  If your serial number is for the English version of Photoshop Elements 7.0 then this is the language which the software will be installed in.

If you wish to have Photoshop Elements 11 in the Dutch language then you will want to purchase a copy of Photoshop Elements 11 in that language.

    Hi Jeff

    Thanks for you email .

The family in Holland was using a trail version of 7.0 and have bought a element 7.0 book to get working with photo shop .

They liked the program and bought a version in Holland and installed this and was surprised that this was not in Dutch but English

Having a Book for 7.0 and buying a new version 11 is not a option now as they have just spend 90 euro for the software.

Then I am sorry Comex@ihug.co.nz.  They may want to contact the reseller which they purchased version 7.0 from.  There is no way to swap languages for version 7.0.
