II'm wondering if there is a limit to the amount of times photoshop can be downloaded onto a pc? My old pc has died and I need a new one so also need to re download photoshop. Somewhere I heard it was 3 times but I cannot find any information

You have two activations, but otherwise you can download and install unlimited until you are getting all old and wrinkly.If you burnt your activations because you didn't/ couldn't deactivate, contact support.
