Question

Is there a way to reinstall CS6 after a crash on a computer which was the #2 installation?

I bought a CS6 instructor software, installed it on two computers.  One of the computer crashed.  After reconstructing my system I reinstalled my software.  It did reinstall and I can load a previously saved file.  However, none of the sliders work.  Is that the way Adobe prevents you to reload a third time, although on the same computer as installation #2?

Which Adobe CS6 software are you referring to exactly? Photoshop CS6?

No, Adobe does not cripple it's software like that. If you're trying to activate once too often, you'll get a clear message when you install saying Maximum Activations Exceeded.

Thanks for the info. I am at a loss to find out what is going wrong as the mouse does work for something but not for other. It is not a corrupted file either as I can edit it normally on another computer.
