Question

Is there an email to reach Adobe support?

Nine years ago I purchased an Adobe license. Now I'm being told I have to purchase it again. Why? And if so, what is there to stop them from making me purchase it a third time.

Save your breath. Adobe won't talk to you unless you have a supported product.  9-year-old products are way beyond their support window. You're using unsupported apps at your own risk of stability & security issues.
