Is there an upgrade to LR6 purchase option if you have a previous version ? I don't want CC

I have LR4 and want to know if Adobe still has upgrades for download ?

I would like LR6 do i have to purchase the full price version @ $149.00

Didn't they use to have upgrades for $79.00

I would settle for a LR5 upgrade if that's the last version they offer

as an upgrade.
