Is there any version of InDesign I can install on an intel 3rd Gen processor?

I took out a subscription to InDesign to voluntarily edit a magazine for a non-profit organisation but when I tried to install the software I get a message that it is not compatible with either of my devices. I can see versions earlier than 20 are available but I can't see how to install them or indeed whether any of these will be compatible with either of my devices.  My preferred device is an all in one machine with an intel core i7-3630QM processor with 8GB ram and 1TB storage because it has a 22" screen.  The other is a laptop with intel N4200 which only has 4GB ram and a 14" screen so this is probaby a non-starter with any version of InDesign.

A quick yes or no answer would be appreciated - if the answer is yes please point me in the right direction, if the answer is no then I will have to persuade the organisation to buy a new laptop which I was hoping they would not have to do. It is a glossy magazine which is commercially printed and I don't think m/s Publisher is up to the task.

I have cancelled the InDesign subscription untilI have worked out the best way forward.

unless you have a teams or enterprise subscription, you can only install the current and one major previous version of adobe apps.  here are the specs for those, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
