is there any way to contact adobe in the netherlands?

i need to re-enable my premiere CS6 purchase (upgrade) but on the Adobe site or by phone i only get around in circles (meaning, making choices of how to communicate and then be disconnected (phone)/sent back to the first screen (web)). i am getting desperate.

    David please use this link Contact Customer Care to contact our support team.  If you are not being given an option to chat with a member of our support team then please utilize a different web browser.  The security settings, installed toolbars, or add-ons are preventing you from being given the option to contact a member of our support team.

    Deeeeeeeee I am not showing any valid product registrations under the e-mail address/Adobe ID you used to post to this forum.  Please contact our support team using the Adobe ID tied to your registered Adobe software title.  You can find more details on how to locate and register your serial number at Find your serial number quickly - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html.

    hi Jeff

    thanks for your reply. indeed i changed my email address (as the old one became invalid). i can send the serial number of my original adobe 5.5 creative suite if that helps? when i log into my adobe account i don't see that registration (likely linked to the old email address/account), but i do see the update to premiere 6 that i ordered (and cancelled a few days later). i can also still download that order.

    no idea how to "connect" that all to this email adress.

    help appreciated!

    i'd love to re-enable the upgrade so i can work with premiere CS6
