I hope you can help me with a problem I am having. I originally signed up for the Creative Cloud Photography Plan (Order #ADB021245147) on February 5/6th, 2018 as a requirement of a class I was taking. For some reason, it never worked, but I was able to get by with a trial for a time. I was hoping once the trial ended, the version I was paying for, would start up, but that never happened. Finding no way to resolve this quickly and be able to get my assignment in on time, I ordered another plan around 3/24/2018 (Order #ADB024049953), which luckily worked.
Once my class was over, I attempted to cancel my orders. I was able to cancel one, I believe the first one. Now I see I have been charged again on June 22 for one of these orders and I really need to cancel it. I ended up paying double for a few months, so I really don't want to continue paying for a product I can't and won't use. I uninstalled everything, as I have an older system and it used up way too much of my resources.
I hope someone can either cancel my outstanding order, or advise me as to what steps I need to take to cancel it. I would really appreciate any help.
I have tried emailing, but the mail box is apparently full. There are no links for Chat buttons on the contact page, and I could find no phone number to call.
I'm afraid I will have to go to my bank and have the charges refused.
