is there anyone who experience serial number and region problem?
Hello,
I have a problem to obtain a serial number due to regional issues for my product.
I wonder if there is anyone who had the same problem with me, and how did you settle the issue.
I bought CS6 production premium for education in Korea, but did not obtain my serial number there, and now I am studying Australia.
In the package of the product, there was written that this product is for Asian-pacific area, so i thought that it would not be matter.
I contacted to adobe help desk 2 weeks ago and submit the form in the LINK.
Firstly, I got an email from KOREAN back-end team.
I sent all the proof for my student identification and my supporter tried to obtain my serial number, but he could not have completed my process due to policy problem.
He explained me because of the policy problem, he cannot input Australian education institute information and recommended me to contact Australian back-end team.
I went to help desk and asked how can I contact with Australian back-end team, and the supporter said I have to send the form again, so that Australian back-end team can contact me. So I filled the form again with comment that I need to be contacted from Australian back-end team due to a problem that I described above.
And today, I got a mail from KOREAN team again exactly same with the first mail. (where did go my comment? do you seriously consider it?)
Secondly, since the chat with help desk was not closed properly, I received an email from Adobe customer care team asking that is there any problem after the help.
I described my problem and the supporter (who sent the mail) said that I have to contact back to Korean institute as bought the product code.
However, when I recontacted with the Korean supporter, he said that he cannot do anything for me.
I am so disappointed the quality of customer service from the company monopolizing global market.
But the biggest problem is that I cannot fix this problem without any support from Adobe.
I cannot find a direct contact with Australian Customer Care team, so what I can do is just writing my problem here.
Is there anyone who experience the regional issues before? If you had, how did you fix it?
