There is NO such thing as "Support" at Adobe.

No.  There is no support.

They have lots of links and blind alleys to make you run in circles, but there's no real support.

Every time I try to use Photoshop, I have to Install the latest update which takes several hours, but today, the Creative Cloud Controller hasn't been able to contact the server so far for 6 hours now and no end in sight.  And you only have the choice of searching "Support" (no actually connecting to anyone), it just brings you here and while some users might have some ideas on stuff you can do, there is no support.  You're pretty much on your own.

So today I've managed to waste 6 plus hours waiting for Creative Cloud to update Photoshop (AGAIN) and have gotten nothing done.  Now am trying to track down a physical version of CS6 so I can at least get something done.  Or may just download GIMP because I'm sick to death of paying monthly for something that never works.

So my suggestion is to not waste your time by coming here.  I was hoping I might get lucky for once, but clearly that's never going to happen.

Amyf61380832, I am sorry you are facing a frustrating experience utilizing your Creative Cloud membership.  It may be that the inability to contact our chat support, as suggested by Ned and the error while updating the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application is related.

What type of Creative Cloud membership do you have, Amyf61380832?  Do you receive any specific error messages while updating the Creative Cloud desktop app?  What operating system are you using Photoshop CC and the Creative Cloud desktop app on?
