I had NO help from technician in CHAT for my problem.  I had Acrobat Reader Export pdf app on my previous computer.  It crashed, including the hard drive.  I searched for how to download this app onto my new computer, no help, it just brings you to an option to upgrade, for $ 14.99 a month.  So I CHATTED with Saurabh Kumar who told me I had a FREE app and therefore had to resort to a forum, with no help.  Why then I asked him why I have been charged $23.99 a year for years?  I need a real person, such as a manager to help me.  Otherwise I am paying for a subscription that I CANNOT use.

Go to https://accounts.adobe.com/ and click Plans & Products on the top bar

-then click VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS on the right to find a list of your programs and serial numbers

Reader IS free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions  so if you were paying, you did not have Reader
