Is there one time payment for all applications in adobe?

Hello adobe team,

I am new to adobe applications. I am from India. I was wondering, if there is a one time payment for all applications. Permanently. You know, as a student, I can't pay which this link shows, "https://www.adobe.com/in/creativecloud/catalog/desktop.html " for all applications. I am planning to work in freelancer as part time job. Most of them asks like :

" Can you make graphic designs using adobe? "

" Can make 2d and 3d pictures using adobe? " and etc.

You can ask why can't I use free trail? Because I fear that some of the important tools may not work when trail period is over.

I know that Cracking is illegal. So, I am not planning to do that.

If there is no one time payment, at least tell me the alternative adobe softwares for free which clients accepts the most and exactly works as adobe.

"You can ask why can't I use free trail? Because I fear that some of the important tools may not work when trail period is over." It is simple, at the end of the trial IT STOPS WORKING - all of the apps and all of the tools. The trial is only to help you decide whether to subscribe.

Adobe is top professional software, and so it is not free. You might like to know that in US a subscription for one year is $600, but to buy (when it was possible) was around $2400. I think the situation is now much improved for people starting out.
