Question

Is this free trial prank?

I requested for just Adobe Illustrator 7 days free trial. But after 7 days, you paid for it without any notification for me about it. This is going wrong. I know that I don't pay for any free trials after they end and it's a common sense. Unless I should have gotten an informaion about your memberships and how to avoid paying for it. I didn't want to pay for Illustrator after free trial. I would like to get my refund immediately also specific information about my refund and how to cancel a membership. I didn't use my Illustrator after 7 days free trial ended. I hope I can hear some good news

For how long is your membership going on?

If you are in a 14 day limit, cancel the subscription. (https://account.adobe.com/plans). If not Contact Customer Care .

Hi,

To test an Adobe application you do not have to provide a credit card (Except for Acrobat Pro) and therefore I do not see how Adobe could charge the money . If you gave a credit card is that it was not a trial version but a purchase.
