Is this predatory practice or what!?!

I'm one of the many trying to cancel my subscription. There was no indicatin that there was an exit fee, and now Adobe want to charge me. I never seem to get through and no one called me back. I'm not going to do this repeatedly. It's also difficult to dtermine what the actual costs are until they turn up again.

I have a lot of students and for my purposes I'll be switching to Avid and Da Vinci, better systems in my opinion, and better service. I pay monthly nd the inability to cancel in a fre society is an infrinngement on my civil liberties and is just plain gouging. What about some service Adobe; - you won't have so many video tutorials savaging your reputation on soical media.

There's nothing predatory about it.   The month-to-month plan costs more per month but you can cancel at anytime without penalty.

The annual plan costs less per month and your rate is frozen for the 12 month contract.  But if you cancel early, you pay a penalty fee.

If you want to confirm exactly which plan you have, simply log-in to your Adobe Account.

Completely agree. This system is predatory on people not reading the "terms" 

so sneaky. and this needs to be delt  with.

mill never use this company ever again and I will let people know about them.

I figured I wasn't the only one.

As you can see from the screenshot below, Adobe offers monthly & yearly options when you join. Customers should plan accordingly & choose the best option for their needs.
