Is VAT being charged...when it shouldn't? I think so Adobe...

My very small, UK-based company subscribes to CC. Yes it's great thanks. Now, we are VAT registered in the UK, however you charge us Irish VAT every month - and the same when we make stock purchases. We can't claim VAT back on an Irish coded VAT number. In fact there are question marks as to whether you should be adding VAT for EU businesses at all.

Anyway to stop this apparently I need to add in our UK VAT number to my account details (and every time I make a stock purchase). Well Adobe - I've done this now. I wish I was aware of this earlier. Anyway - would you mind acknowledging that I've done this so you can give your erroneous Irish VAT charges to us the heave-ho?
