Issue with CC recognising my account

Hi,

I just did a complete computer wipe and am getting back all my software subscriptions.

I have downloaded CC and am trying to download a few programs:

Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom.

Where the CC apps list used to say 'Install' it now says 'try'.

This should say install yes?

Also the reason I'm asking here and not speaking to someone on the phone is because they have disabled my telephone support option where I used to have one.

Appreciate any suggestions.

To Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
