Issue with e-mail attached to Creative Cloud account.

I downloaded Creative Cloud but I cannot get into the actual platform as the computer prompts me about an e-mail address that is not my e-mail address. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Anyone know how to solve this problem?
