issue with installation of Creative Cloud

Hello, 

I am working on Macbook pro over Catalina Mac OS. I am trying to get the creative cloud installed (in order to use PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign), but every time it stop to install at 21,5% (as you can see on the screenshot), without showing any error code... I have been trying many things, without any change (safe mode, desactivates the firewall,...). Please help me
